Conformance status

Great Arrow Digital aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments. We treat accessibility as part of how we build, not a separate audit — new surfaces are reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA before they ship, and we re-check existing pages as the product evolves.

What we do to support accessibility

Accessibility is built into our component library, so the same guarantees apply across the product:

  • Semantic HTML — landmarks, headings, lists, and native form controls so assistive technology can understand the page.
  • Full keyboard navigation — every interactive element is reachable and operable without a mouse, in a logical tab order.
  • Visible focus indicators — a clear focus ring follows keyboard navigation so you always know where you are.
  • Color contrast — text and controls meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes.
  • Reduced-motion support — animations are minimized when your system requests reduced motion.
  • Screen-reader labels — icons, buttons, and status indicators carry accessible names and ARIA attributes where needed.
  • Generous tap targets — touch controls are at least 44 × 44 pixels for comfortable use on mobile.
  • Resizable text — layouts reflow when text is enlarged up to 200% without loss of content.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible — for example, a small number of complex data visualizations and third-party embedded content (such as connected design or document previews) may have gaps. We are actively working to improve these areas.

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us so we can fix it. Email support@greatarrowdigital.com with the page, what happened, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five business days.
